i assume the heating oil is Kerosene oil? i have just aquired an old ferguson 20 tvo, i intend working it a little, cleaning yards, moving stuff etc. this mix sounds good, i hear of people mixing in engine oil etc, dont see how that would burn, those little tvo tractors run hot!

Hi, the TVO recipie listed above by Bob Callaby is very nearly identical to what i have been using for 16 years now in my 1947 ferguson, never had any problems and it used for driving powerwasher, pulling boat to and from beach, and driving to vintage rallies. Since its worked so well for the 16 years I have owned it im inclined to say its a good recipie.
