MODEL GREY /GOLD 35
There IS a model grey/gold 35 available from Universal Hobbies – who make excellent models. I have seen 2 on E-Bay today (25 Jun 2011) at around £17 plus £3 p&p (there’s an even cheaper one sent from China). NB they seem to be described as FE35 but if you put “Massey Ferguson” in the search, they’ll come up. They are 1/43 scale. so quite small.
I bought one and the detail is excellent.
Just for interest there are also a large range of M-F models available, especially from Universal Hobbies – some at 1/16 scale which are a decent size – but usually £40 upwards.

LUNCH BAG
The lunch bag referred to was almost certainly an old gas mask bag. I had an identical one (maybe still in the attic) used in exactly the same way in the mid 1950’s. It was divided in the middle and had a little metal ring on the outside.
