Hello, I've been in the process of restoring a 1964 MF 135 that once belonged to my grandfather. It was missing the tachometer cable when I got it. I bought a new cable (Continental gas engine) but am haveing trouble finding where it connects to the tractor. Any helps would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt H

I have been running my MF on unleaded for a number of months, I have to admit to not running it much, but I can confirm it starts, but not sure about long term running.

I did the filter on my 135 a few months ago - its a plastic tap with a filter on top and it is threaded up into the tank. I was advised to take out the tank and get it hosed out. I had replaced the filter a few months previous but it was blocked again. So I got the tank cleaned out.
