    Howdy Folks;
    I have been fussing with a te20. this tractor sat in my step grandfathers field for 30 years, that we KNOW of.. He passed away about eleven years ago. My father was cleaning up the field, and was going to junk the tractor... I loaded it on my trailor and hauled it to the shop.. I got the engine freed up, and within about two hours had it running. It doesnt smoke at all and runs very smoothly... until you give it fuel, or idle it down.. then the dist jumps a tooth. The dist fits snugly in its hole. The gear on the dist looks like it could be new. a little investigating shows that at one time, a nut has come off of the gov plate? inside the housing, and ground around the outside of the housing until it stuck. The gear it broke is the one inside the block, rather than the dist gear.(just my luck)
    My problem is... finding a parts breakdown for this engine so i can see how this gear is mounted, is it part of the cam? Can it be replaced? Do i need a new cam etc etc.. I have only been able to find manuals, no breakdown.. I hesitate to order a manual, because I have no way of knowing IF they have the part numbers and breakdown i am looking for.
    A parts breakdown on the engine, or just a link would be great, OR, if any of you KNOW of a manual that has what i need, so i do not need to waste money guessing would be great.
    thanks for all your help!
