The Friends of Ferguson Heritage vintage tractor and stationary engine rally at Allerthorpe Lakeland Park, Yorkshire, England got off to a rather damp start.  Heavy thunder storms disrupted the morning activities and kept visitors at home.  The rain had cleared by lunch time and visitors began to appear to see a total of 52 tractors on display.  A flood had developed in the centre of the field, but the ever resourceful organisers had soon drafted in the services of a fire engine to pump the flood water into the lake.

A large number of the tractors were Ferguson/Massey Ferguson, but there were also Fords, Fordson, Allis Chalmers, Minneapolis Moline, and John Deere at the show.

The road run began at 4pm and this video clip shows the vintage tractors crossing the disused Pocklington Canal at Walbut Bridge.
