There isn’t any other way of finding your serial number if the ID plate has been removed from the dash.

My tractor is serial number to 42751. It is located just above steering wheel on a plate. Is this number adequate to order parts with, it is the only number i can find.

Hi everyone ,wanting to know what age my diesel Fergie is !
On plate on dash I’m making out tef 307 307
On engine I’m getting numbers 27 10 52 and SA 12616B
On the side of the back end beside the dip stick I’m getting 1, 12, 2
On both sides were the seat spring mounts to the back end I’m getting 3DA1223IX and 9733C
Any help on these above numbers and what they mean would be a great help

i have a ferguson tractor serial #to 14225 does that make it to 20? and a 1949 model?
I figured it out: serial number TO 133813 with a Z129 continental engine should be a 1954 TO 30, if I’ve followed all the information provided on this great web site correctly. Thank you from Aurora Ohio USA
I need to correct the serial number I referenced on my Ferguson it reads: TO 133812 I do not understand or know how to tell if it’s a to20 or to30

I am trying to understand my Ferguson serial # T 133812. Is this a To20 or aTo30? The hood has a side emblem of Ferguson 30 but it may not be original. How do you find the To where is the “o”?

Does the fuel tank have one or two compartments?
Is there a heat shield over the manifolds. The heat shield should only be fitted to the dual fuel tractors (to heat the vaporising oil up to correct temperature).

Hi, I have just bought an old ferguson tractor…. The ID plate near the steering wheel is very hard to read it has had about six coats of paint over it …. I have removed the pain and it look like TD or TO 92168 ?
I can see the numbers but not the letter prefix TD or TO very clearly.
I was told it was a 1952 duel fuel, petrol & kerosene model ?
Any chance that you might be able to help me identify what I have here.

That serial number would make your tractor a 1950 built machine with the Standard Motor Ccompany petrol engine…

When I bought my tractor, they gave me paperwork that says TO 30 Ferguson, Eng SN 314398. How do I know what year model it is, and how do I go about getting a service manual forit. I was told that it has a new rebuilt engine, and it runs great. You turn on the gas, turn the key, then put the stick in S and it starts right up. I am interested in getting more information on it.
serial number for the TO-20 is located in a plate sticker oo plate just below steering wheel
My tractor says just TO. It has a manufacturer plate at the steering wheel place stating the serial number and Harry Ferguson. Is it indeed a TO 20??
